  • Dedicated support: We are here to guide you every step of the way, ensuring you feel safe, confident, and happy at school.

Primary Transition

We believe that students flourish in an environment where they are recognised and valued from the outset. We have worked to develop a successful process to ease the transition from the relative security of the primary setting to the great unknown that is Secondary School.

Dates for your diary

By the Easter holidays:  We will have sent you, by email, an online link to complete a digital registration form to join Frogmore Community College

During May and June:  We will visit our linked primary schools to meet the children.
